The Eden @ Tampines is a condo and therefore you are eligible to buy after selling your private property. Do note that it is advisable that the sale and purchase to be planned concurrently so that you do not have to pay Additional Buyer Stamp Duty, minimise your cash outlay and be able to transit smoothly and seamlessly from your current place to the new one without the need for an interim housing solution.

The Eden @ Tampines is a fully privatized EC (ie private property) hence yes you can purchase this after selling your existing property no issue. You can also purchase resale HDB 4-room size and below immediately no issue, as long as you sell away your private property within 6 months.
